Aaron Sackett, the new VP of Finance for Cilio Technologies, has a long history of helping small businesses scale. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the building material industry to the role, and a commitment to helping Cilio’s customers find success.
“I bring a different voice to the company, looking at things from both a financial perspective and a user perspective,” he said. “For years, I have been involved in onboarding multiple software solutions, learning on-boarding best practices/pitfalls and enhancing ROI on software initiatives.”
Cilio Technologies is a leading developer of order management, field service, and mobile workforce management software for home improvement manufacturers, retailers, and installers that seamlessly integrates with Lowe’s, Home Dept and other systems. Sackett intends to keep Cilio at the top by driving success through leadership and strategy.
“My vision, he said, “is for Cilio to continue to be the market leader software for large volume installers, while continuing world class product development.”
Sackett’s “experienced guidance” will be a true benefit to the company as it “navigates this next period of focused growth,” Cilio Technologies President Rick Olejnik said.
“His knowledge of the building material industry,” Olejnik said, “makes him a perfect fit into an already deep leadership team that’s working to capitalize on relationships with other technology providers.”
When he’s not working, Sackett enjoys spending time with his wife and children, golfing, watching sports and exploring the Nashville music scene.
